Sufferer Insomnia can Die more Rapidly?

A new research in Finland showed that cases of insomnia can be decreased and patients with insomnia are more likely to die sooner than people with healthy sleep patterns.

According to Finnish media reported, the research is the first linking insomnia with risk of death.

Research was conducted by the Institute of Occupational Health in collaboration with University of Helsinki and the Finnish National Institute for Health and Welfare.
